I recently bought at Lexus GX550 from VINS and they were great. I was happy with the trade in value they offered me, the price on the car I bought was fair, and the service I received from Andrey Prikhodko and his GM Eli Copty was fabulous. The transaction was super easy coupled with personable people, which seems like a rarity these days. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a quality used car.

From start to finish, the team at VINS was amazing. A little negotiating flaw with financing vs buy outright, but other than that, fantastic! I would 100% recommend them to anyone I knew who was in the market for a car. I love my KIA Sportage! The car arrived in perfect condition, full of gas, and timely! Issa was very nice and very attentive and accommodating. Stacey in financing was very helpful and quick to respond if I had a question. Plates arrived quickly after purchase and I am hoping I don't need a new car anytime soon, but if I do, I'm going back to VINS!

I bought my 2018 Cayenne from Danny at VINS and he and the team were absolutely amazing and took care of me and made sure it was a smooth and simple buying process. A year and 26k miles later the Cayenne has been flawless and Danny even reached out to make sure that everything was going well with my Cayenne.

I bought a 1 year old 2024 Tesla Model S from VINS over email and phone from NJ and had the vehicle delivered to NJ. I am very satisfied with the experience. I worked with Jimmy the manager and Marcus the sales associate. They were both courteous and professional. The vehicle was missing a piece of trim from the trunk but VINS is reimbursing me for the part. Buying from an out of state dealer can be risky but VINS was honest and trustworthy. I would definitely buy from VINS again.

I had a very concerning experience with this dealership while trying to purchase a Kia EV9 listed on their website as a buyback/lemon-title vehicle. At first, the sales team was extremely persistent and followed up with me constantly, clearly eager to close the sale. However, when I started asking basic and reasonable questions about the reason for the manufacturer buyback, things quickly started to fall apart. I specifically asked for documentation related to the exact vehicle I was inquiring about. Instead of providing the correct information, they claimed the buyback was due to a certain issue and even sent documents supposedly supporting that claim. The problem? The documentation they sent was for a completely different VIN. When I pointed out that the VINs did not match and asked them to explain the discrepancy, they immediately stopped responding and completely ghosted me. This raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty when it comes to vehicles with lemon titles. If a dealership is willing to provide documentation for the wrong vehicle to justify a buyback explanation, that’s a huge red flag. The trade in value they were providing for my existing vehicle was about 9k below the value that CarMax was providing. If you are considering buying a buyback or lemon-title vehicle, be extremely careful. Based on my experience, this is one dealership I would strongly recommend avoiding.
